The BOSA 6-150 FL furnace is charcoal installation of retort type with frontal loading unloading of pull-out retorts.

 

The furnace consists of six separate pyrolysis cases reactors. Each case reactor has "doors" through which in the reactor by means of the fork loader the retort with raw materials is established.

 

The pull-out retort also performs functions of capacity in which coal is cooled. Thanks to it there is no need for additional capacities for cooling, it considerably saves the budget and reduces the People necessary for work and service of the furnace. After cooling coal is unloaded and the retort is again loaded by raw materials for further installation into the reactor.

 

Six pyrolysis cases - reactors connect in a single whole, forming themselves uniform furnace space that considerably reduces heatlosses. The fire chamber serves as the heat carrier generator for all six retorts.

 

Loading of reactors retorts occurrings with shift in time, for ensuring continuous operation of the furnace and maintenance of constant temperature in reactors.

 

For ensuring operation of the furnace on raw materials with high percent of humidity the furnace is completed with six installations of preliminary drying.

 

Preliminary drying works at the expense of the combustion gases fulfilled in the furnace that allows to save on wood drying, to reduce time for wood preparation and to derive better coal for smaller time, spending smaller resources for preparation of raw materials for pyrolysis.

 

The furnace has an automatic control system which controls temperature in the furnace, operating the corresponding gates, turns of smoke exhausters and a cover of an emergency chimney.
